V.R. Infozone Pvt ltd (iPrime) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, after 24 hours if an order get cancel we will deduct 3%
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the V.R. Infozone Pvt ltd (iPrime) the marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- No Cancellation allowed under the affordability program. Product once booked availing cashback offers and/or EMI options cannot be canceled, return, or exchanged(with other variants of the same product) under any circumstances.
